Nothing is sent without human approval.

The extra nobody wrote down.

A homeowner says “while you’re at it.” Your lead says yes, because that is good service. The work gets done, the receipt rides around in the truck, and you learn what it cost at the final invoice. Then you eat it, or you have the awkward conversation three weeks late. Nobody did anything wrong. The note, the photo, and the quote just never met.

Illustrative example · One kitchen. One change. One decision.

  1. 01 Before the quote

    What you priced.

Cabinet replacement, $18,400. Pantry framing excluded. Before the quote goes out, the review lists the scope items that still need a yes or no, so the job starts from an agreement, not an assumption.

    • $18,400 quoted
    • Cabinets and counters included
    • Pantry framing excluded
    • Two items need a yes or no
  2. 02 During the job

    The note from the job.

Your foreman writes “homeowner wants a pantry wall.” The note, the photo, and the hours land beside the quote you wrote. Where they do not match, it is marked Needs pricing. Not zero. Not a guess.

  3. 03 The decision

You decide. It gets written down.

You add the cost you know. The app works out the price at your margin, and a change order goes to review with the note attached. Your approval, the homeowner’s sign-off, the invoice, and the payment stay separate steps. Sometimes the answer is “that was included” or “that one is on us.” That is a decision too, and it is recorded.

Grounded by your records

Drafts are prepared. You approve every one.

SiteForta prepares drafts and flags gaps from your own records. It cannot invent missing evidence, mix one contractor’s records with another’s, send anything to a homeowner, or decide a job total.

14-day trial, no card. Month to month. Cancel in the app.

What owners ask before trying it.

Straight answers about contracts, seats, crews, and where the drafting stops.

Will I be locked into a year?

No. Plans are month to month unless you choose annual. You cancel from Billing inside the app, not on a call, and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Do I pay for every guy on the crew?

No. Your crew is included on every plan. You pay for manager seats, the people who price work and approve changes. Starter has three.

Can I see the price and try it without a sales call?

Yes. Prices are on this page. The trial is 14 days with no card, and nobody has to call you first.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your workspace pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is charged, and your records stay where you left them.

How long before it helps instead of costing me time?

Start with one active job and one quote. The goal in the trial is one useful review, not a full setup. The founder walks your first job with you if you want it. We have not measured setup time yet, so we do not quote one.

Will my guys actually use it?

They are asked for a photo, a note, and their hours. Nothing more. Nobody on site prices anything. We are still testing it with crews on real jobs, so we do not promise adoption.

Is it built for a shop my size?

Yes. One to thirty people. Starter covers ten active jobs at a time.

I do fixed-price work. Does it get that?

The quote you agreed stays as the baseline. Approved changes sit beside it, not inside it. The invoice is a separate step.

Can I reach a person if something breaks on a job?

Email [email protected]. A person replies within one business day.

I already use Excel, texts, and QuickBooks.

Keep them. SiteForta is not estimating or accounting software. It keeps the note and the quote together so the extras get decided, not eaten.

Is this one of those AI tools?

Software prepares drafts from your own records: the note, the photo, the hours, the quote. A person reviews and approves every one. The app does the math, nothing is guessed, and nothing goes to a homeowner without you.

What if a check does not run, or it is wrong?

A check that did not run shows as not run. A cost nobody knows yet shows as Needs pricing, never zero. Dismissing a finding is a normal outcome, and nothing is billed on its own.

Give SiteForta one active job.

Invite the foreman. Keep the note, the photo, and the quote together. Decide the extras before the final invoice. No card. No call. The founder walks your first job with you.
